Our hours of service are as follows:

Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm
Saturdays 8.00am to 12.00pm

No Walk-ins. Appointments necessary at all times.

Billing Policy & Fees

We predominately bulk bill consultations for patients who hold a valid Medicare card on the day of their visit. However, it is at the discretion of the GP and they may charge a fee of between $60- $100 which has a Medicare rebate.
Items we can not bulk bill.

·       Commercial Drivers/ Truck Licence $120 – 180 +gst
·       Dangerous Goods Licence $160 – $200 +gst
·       Employment Medicals $120 – $150 +gst
·       Spiro for work $65 +gst
·       Medical Records Transfer $22 inc gst

We have Allied Health Physiotherapy & Psychology – Please contact the surgery for their up to date fees.

Making your Appointment

Our standard appointments are 10 minutes, however longer appointments are available if requested (if you think that you need a longer appointment please advise reception when booking).

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your pre-booked appointment, please contact
Reception to cancel so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Western Diagnostic Pathology services are available onsite. Western Diagnostic Pathologists and laboratory team’s dedication ensures results are timely and accurate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Results

To maintain strict patient confidentiality and compliance with the Privacy Act it is our policy that all test results will not be given over the phone. Patients are required to book a follow up appointment to receive and discuss results with their doctor. Nurses are not permitted to give out results, please make a follow up with your GP to discuss results.
